The location was lovely - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We booked a twin room, it was brand-new and had central heating, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. We didn't feel like leaving and would happily go back again.

Unfortunately not quite prepared for the seasonal conditions (around 0°C): rooms only poorly preheated and heated only with (quite small) electric panel radiators. Bathroom without heating and without fume hood.

There were two weddings going on at the hotel on the day we arrived. Noise never bothered us at all. Had a carvery lunch in the restaurant / bar. No complaints at all.

The setting here is fantastic, located near a Pizza Restaurant and very convenient for visiting south Birmingham, the North Wales coast, and other nearby places on Monday mornings.
